A barefoot girl walks into a royal ceremony she has no business attending. No announcement. No fear. No hesitation.

And in her palm, an old gold pendant that makes the king's face go completely pale.

The story

No one understood how she got into the palace.

Barefoot. Covered in dirt. Dressed in rags that didn't belong anywhere near royalty.

The grand ceremony was in full motion when the heavy golden doors slowly opened. And she walked in.

No announcement. No fear. No hesitation.

The entire hall slowly fell silent as she moved forward, step by step, toward the throne.

Guards immediately moved to stop her — but froze when she raised her hand.

In her palm was an old gold pendant.

The king saw it... and his face went completely pale. His voice dropped instantly.

"Where did you get that?"

The girl didn't hesitate.

"She told me to return it... to the man who buried her alive."

A wave of shock hit the room. The queen gasped. Nobles stepped back. Even the guards hesitated.
